My property is currently unoccupied due to a flood

If I am currently unoccupied my property due to the fact it has been flooded caused by a water pressure fault with united utilities could I put my account on hold so that I do not pay any monthly fees.

This fault has meant that my property is unhabitable for at least a month.

If I can claim a refund on the monthly bill what is the best contact number/email to send request to? Thanks G

As that's nothing to do with VM id go down the route of claiming the monthly fees back under your insurance.

Or from the company that caused the damage, since I believe the stopped allowing account suspension years ago
