This morning I awoke to find I had 128 identical messages from Virginmedia webteam, in my inbox, all notifying me that they had fixed the same 'break in service' (error fault ref: F005079589), reported 14 days earlier.
These messages were spread between 1:35am & 2:58am.
I had already noticed, in the 14 days since reporting the problem, that "normal service had been resumed".
Maybe the webteam can now fix the fault with their messaging?
I'd like to start by welcoming you to the forums, and say that I'm really sorry to hear of the numerous text messages that you've received over night. I've escalated this so that it can be investigated.
