Hi, virgin media was installed recently, my lawn was ripped up so cable could be put under even though there was easier access up a bath. Lawn is now discoloured and damaged. Next a hole was drilled in my wall for cable to run through which is to be expected but half a brick was drilled off and crudely covered by a plastic cap and no sealant. I was not told about either issue. Tried speaking to customer services on many occasions but just keep getting told someone will ring me back within 2 hours but call never comes. Frustrated to say the least, just wrote a letter so see if I get a response from that.

Taking a look at your account I can see a complaint has been raised and has also been assigned to the relevant team. It can take them up to 28 days depending on how busy things are although they will try and get to you as quickly as possible.
Once they reach you someone will be in touch to discuss things.
