I have reported the graffiti via this community and require a virgin customer service person to reply

and have the graffiti removed

Splendid stuff, that's the way to deal with a rabble.  They don't like it up 'em you know, they don't like it up 'em Captain Mainwaring.

Good luck with that,

Being a 'community' site, there is little actual 'customer service' input, most of us are just ordinary users,  so you may have a really ling wait...over a week if they do decide to answer, otherwise, not at all.

VM & 'customer service' are not very close friends, unfortunately.

You will also find that they will probably ask you to phone in anyway, so they don't have to do the legwork themselves, as they won't.

You have been warned!!

Re: Graffiti on Virgin Media Boxes

I always find a starting with a polite request is likely to get the cooperation. This is a community forum with helpful but limited support from Virgin Media and not intended as the primary place to report faults.

The best you can hope for is one of the forum team will see your report, ignore your bombastic attitude and pass the information on through channels to the right people for them to deal with. Alternatively you can report via the number given and it will go directly to the right place.

Whether the cabinets will get cleaned any time soon is a whole different question. The primary fault lies with the vandles not Virgin Media.

Result, I don't use it myself, but maybe others could use the twitter route in future.

Re: Graffiti on Virgin Media Boxes

Councils have an ongoing challenge with this ( and BT ) so go to your local council website and search it. Eg. Leeds city council have an ongoing system and it is THEY who do the chasing, not you. I bet other areas have the same problem and solution.
