Re: Essential changes to web site.

Yes - it means what it says. Everyone using VM web pages will see this.

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.

Re: Essential changes to web site.

Because they have a lot to do and because the web site clearly needs considerable attention. Anyway I don't work for VM so this is my best guess.

Because ... 'We've got all our best people on it, so it shouldn't take long' ... and that says it all.      Smiley LOL

In that case it obviously should have been done out of hours.

I have worked in IT for decades and that is the norm.

Nice to be able to post again, after their mistake (removed by the Censorship team).

In which case then, the finished article will be WORSE than that which they were working on...

Happens EVERY time VM 'improve' their facilities....Smiley Tongue

an average of 2+ years to 'sort out' overutilisation, and it STILL isn't 'fixed, basically says just how VM view 'shouldn't take long!'

Re: Essential changes to web site.

It's one of the worst web sites I've ever needed to encounter. Getting to a product description is an unnecessary torture. And when you do:

1. Offers are for new cuistomers only, but you have to look into the small print pages;
2. They force a telephone line on you in all packages.

Who needs their poxy telephone line in this day of mobile phones - milking the customer is prolly why the phone ports aren't enabled on the Hub 3.

Seph - ( DEFROCKED - My advice is at your risk)
