Hi Sal5

No charge to correct a fault when you are with Virgin, unlike Sky.

Since you can post here, use that connection to use the Check Service Status facility first (top right of this screen) to see if there is a major issue affecting your postcode area.  If not, then call the fault in to 150 on a VM phone or 0345 454 1111 on any other phone and arrange an engineer's visit.

Not if the fault is to do with VM supplied equipment.  Have you reported the fault yet?  Also worth checking the service status page to see if it is an area fault that they already know about.  Click on the link just below the bell and envelope symbols at the right corner of this page.
