DOUNE PARK DALGETY Bay

Virgin have now completed their work installing Broadband. Overall, the work seems to be fine. However, opposite 33 Doune Park a channel has been cut across the road. The tarmac has settled a motorists face a bump every time time they pass over it. Needs some attention.

Re: DOUNE PARK DALGETY Bay

Raise this with the local council which licensed VM to do the work and who are responsible for ensuring that the work is up to standard. That is the right way to get any issue like this resolved.

I take it that the location is in the UK?

I do not work for VM. The advice I give is based on my best understanding of VM policy and practice. You rely on it at your own risk.

Re: DOUNE PARK DALGETY Bay

Road crossings usually have temporary fill for 1 -2 weeks to allow them to settle. Then another contractor will come along & will do a proper reinstatement.
