Cut off from National Home Builders Team yet again
Noticed this topic is a reoccurring theme. However I have been on hold four times now each of around 40 mins just to be cut off, what a ridiculous service from Virgin.
I'm on the 90 day free trail which I want to cancel as we are unhappy with the package.
Seen as it is impossible for me to get through to the National home builders team on the number they provided or through the normal Virgin customer service line which ends in the same result, has anyone got any other number I can try?
