Has anybody been sold Virgin business broadband/telephone package in the belief that it also included t.v. I have switched from residential (10 years with Virgin) to business only to discover that the sales pitch was flawed. In that the t.v. package is only dealt as seperate by residential. Virgins website complaints site - lo & behold - does not accept any messages at all. I would grateful for anyone experiencing similar service (sic) as I cannot get any sense via phone or website.
