Business Line Charges

Has anybody been sold Virgin business broadband/telephone package in the belief that it also included t.v. I have switched from residential (10 years with Virgin) to business only to discover that the sales pitch was flawed. In that the t.v. package is only dealt as seperate by residential. Virgins website complaints site - lo & behold - does not accept any messages at all. I would grateful for anyone experiencing similar service (sic) as I cannot get any sense via phone or website.

This is a residential site, so it's my guess that is why you're not getting anywhere.  If you're a business customer you won't get TV as  the http://www.virginmediabusiness.co.uk/ website just sends you to the residential store.   I believe you'll need a separate contract if you want TV at home.  However, if you want TV at your business that's a different matter.  You could also try http://www.virginmediabusiness.co.uk/help/s/article/Contact-Us

and see if you get anywhere with the complaints section there.

It's worse than that. There isn't (last time I looked) a residential TV package without the wretched phone most of us don't need. In that regard, VM are unethically dipping into our pockets.
