Branson meddling in Brexit

Anyone else fed up of Richard Branson seeking to meddle in Brexit from his distant home? He's entitled to his view but as one of the detached, self interested elite would be better reflecting that they were at least, in large part, a cause of the outcome. RB is now using his resources to try to change the outcome - well he can do it without the 150 quid a month from our TV and mobile packages. We're off to BT and Tesco. Who is he to usurp UK democracy?

Re: Branson meddling in Brexit

There seem to also be a lot of politicians that think they can change the decision they went to a lot of trouble to ask us for.

What they seem to forget is the referendum we originally had years ago was to join a "Common Market", not a "Common Europe".

By the way, RB gets very little if any of your 150 quid, as he sold out to the American media company Liberty Global sometime ago. They are just leasing his brand name.

Re: Branson meddling in Brexit

Would just like to remind people of the following guidelines for the Community Natter pages.

Especially

Also to avoid the problems that some traditionally hot topics bring with them please avoid discussing Politics and Religion on this forum.

Thank you

A) Branson doesn't actually run virgin media, he owns the virgin name but doesn't really get a say in how its used, seeing as liberty global actually own VM

B) I don't think branson would even notice if his finances dropped by £150 a month, not that he would have actually made that from you anyway, not with administration fees, infrastructure costs, staff wages etc

Mods, why not lock this thread it's rather silly.

Re: Branson meddling in Brexit

No No No - you miss the point of Chunter & Nutter boards as the more the intellectually challenged participate here then less available time they have to expend on disrupting any of the constructive problem solving on various technical support boards. ;P

Sorry to spoil the party but time I feel to draw a close on this one.
