New forum for business customers

the business side of things they have a dedicated business dept who specialise in that area as where as this if the residential forum

 

sometimes you will se the business customers over here looking for advise but thats a rarity as this is for the residential customers only

Yes the business side of things is looked after by a different bunch of people in Virgin Media than the residential broadband which is what we handle. However I know that Virgin Media Business are looking to do more with forums and other social media next year, if you use twitter why not tell @vmbusiness you'd like a forum?

When the Business support staff are quiet why not ask them to assist here? The Residential users could sure do with more official VM input!

Business support is Monday to Friday  0900 to 1700 and they are unlikey to have the manpower to even put one member of staff on the forum and considering they have a freephone number why would they need to be on here.

Plus the business products are completely different to the residential ones, so the support needs are also completely different
