I have signed up for Broadband & phone with Virgin Media - activation date was 11th May
Broadband is supposedly active now, but no router has arrived
Received automated shipping confirmation from Kuenhe & Nagal on 7th May but router has not arrived & no calling card left either so got in touch with Virgin Customer Services who kindly arranged for a replacement to be sent - this was confirmed again via automated e-mail from K&N on 16th May
Alas, this has not arrived either & no calling card left to say they even tried to deliver it
I have tried contacing K&N by e-mail & phone to try & track down these packages, but have been passed from Head Office to Reading (contact number is temporarily "out of order), to Birmingham & now to Wellingborough, where phone line constantly rings without being answered
So nearly 2 weeks after activation date I am still waiting for router & have set up costs & first bill of over £100 when I cannot even use the service
Is someone able to help with this?
Ideally I would not want to wait another 3-5 days for nother router not to turn up ![]()
