Problem is when i singh a contract it was 13.99 for XL rental 12.24
then they sent me email ,,yours order details,, but it`s 25.99 for xl rental 13.90

I work for Cable technical Support and have no idea with regards billing, the other option is calling them on 0845 454 2222.

Not for Virgin National customers you only have the 0845 number and they only open at 9am on a saturday.

I would like to know whether a company such as virgin actually do have an e-mail address for complaints or is Richard Branson too busy spending the money his company took from my account. I find it totally appalling that you can charge twice as much as sky TV and yet give only part service. Should I give sky my custom which I may as well do , I could get the movie channels and sports TV and still receive change. I can not wait for my contract to end as I certainly will not be renewing it. I could get the same channels for free using a free view box minus the all god channel. As for the tivo box its a load of **bleep**, when my Internet goes down so does my on demand which is very annoying when watching a program.

Richard Branson Has nothing to do with Virginmedia except that he is sometimes trotted out for marketting purposes.
If you put ceo and email into a search engine you can get an email address for the ceo's offices for many companies including virginmedia.
