We recently moved house and our internet was installed 2 weeks ago. We are out of the settling period, and our internet still seems to be a bit choppy. One minute it will load Google very quickly, and the next second it takes quite a while. I'm not sure why but it doesnt seem to have settled very much after this period.
As I am at work at the moment, i can't do the testing as you recommend, i will give that a go when i get home, but from what I've seen on the site, your checker lists our address as being able to get 8.5-15.5mbps (lower than what we were quoted when we moved) and BT list it as 10-19.5mbps.
Would it be possible for someone to have a quick look to see if there has been any issues their side with about service, or if we are still supposed to be experiencing some settling? Thanks

Hi K_Gr33n,
Yes ofcourse I can look into this for you.
Please send me a private message with your account number and/or telephone number so that I can check your exchange capabilities and perform some line tests.
Kind Regards,

Could anyone tell me if anything happened about this?

Hi K_Gr33n,
Thanks for you're details, I have been checking into your account.
Your router is synching at 15.5mbp/s approximately which is in line with the expectations of your exchange based in March.
Do you notice a pattern to the times of day when the connection becomes inconsistent? Does the connection drop altogether or does the speed drop? Do any of the lights change colour or go out on the router?
Finally, have you been able to complete any speed tests? If you could run them at off peak times from www.speedtester.bt.com I will be able to retrieve your results and determine what may be causing this.
Thanks in advance,
