Hi Shelley,
to order your prints through snapfish it's necessary to log into your virgin media selfcare and select the vstuff options contained therein. Can you please confirm that you are doing this and not attempting to access the snapfish site directly?

I have a snapfish account, but I cannot get in from the snapfish homepage (https://www3.snapfish.co.uk/snapfishuk/loginsubmit
I can go to my Virginmedia backup/restore account and pull up a photo but again it won't upload into snapfish, neither can I access snapfish! Again I get an error message "sorry the service seems to have some problems at the moment".
Can someone help me get back to my photo account?

I am having exactly the same problem. When I click on 'Go to Photos' in the Backup and storage section of MyVirginMedia I get the error message 'We are sorry. You are not authorised'. When trying the alternative route of logging into Snapfish by uploading photos to storage and then adding them to the Photo Basket to 'Upload to Snapfish' I get the message 'We are currently experiencing problems, please try again later'. I have been trying again later for days now and a 53 minute call to 150 failed to do anything. The first customer service adviser took my username and password to see for themselves the error messages and then he passed me to a technical support who 'shouted around the team' and then advised me that their 'general consensus was you should get a separate Snapfish account'. Seeing as I have hundreds of photos on my account together with photo books (some of them partially completed) I feel that this was a wholely unhelpful and inappropriate response. Can anyone help?

Same problem – cannot use from Photo Basket to 'Upload to Snapfish' - message 'We are currently experiencing problems, please try again later'. This is too long for this not to be corrected. For me, if it is not corrected before month end (only 2 days to go) then I’ll lose my “Free Photos” for the month. Come Virgin Media, get it sorted and stopping giving up **bleep** service (+ that includes customer service).
