Re: Snapfish!!!!

Hi Shelley,

to order your prints through snapfish it's necessary to log into your virgin media selfcare and select the vstuff options contained therein.  Can you please confirm that you are doing this and not attempting to access the snapfish site directly?

Regards,

Peter Rafferty

Re: Snapfish!!!!

:smileyfrustrated:

I have a snapfish account, but I cannot get in from the snapfish homepage (https://www3.snapfish.co.uk/snapfishuk/loginsubmit/pns/snapfishuk/youraccount) even though I kow my password is correct. Whenever I type in my username and click "forgotten password" it generates an error.

I can go to my Virginmedia backup/restore account and pull up a photo but again it won't upload into snapfish, neither can I access snapfish! Again I get an error message "sorry the service seems to have some problems at the moment".

Can someone help me get back to my photo account?

Re: Snapfish!!!!

I am having exactly the same problem. When I click on 'Go to Photos' in the Backup and storage section of MyVirginMedia I get the error message 'We are sorry. You are not authorised'. When trying the alternative route of logging into Snapfish by uploading photos to storage and then adding them to the Photo Basket to 'Upload to Snapfish' I get the message 'We are currently experiencing problems, please try again later'. I have been trying again later for days now and a 53 minute call to 150 failed to do anything. The first customer service adviser took my username and password to see for themselves the error messages and then he passed me to a technical support who 'shouted around the team' and then advised me that their 'general consensus was you should get a separate Snapfish account'. Seeing as I have hundreds of photos on my account together with photo books (some of them partially completed) I feel that this was a wholely unhelpful and inappropriate response. Can anyone help?

Re: Snapfish!!!!

Same problem – cannot use from Photo Basket to 'Upload to Snapfish' - message 'We are currently experiencing problems, please try again later'. This is too long for this not to be corrected. For me, if it is not corrected before month end (only 2 days to go) then I’ll lose my “Free Photos” for the month. Come Virgin Media, get it sorted and stopping giving up **bleep** service (+ that includes customer service).

Re: Snapfish!!!!

Well here is a reply of no "help" from snapfish itself

Dear Mr****er

Thank you for contacting to UK Customer Service

We are very sorry to hear the trouble you are having with log in / reset password.

Unfortunately we will not be able to reset the password for you because your snapfish account is co branded with virgin media and credentials are managed and administrated by virgin media only.

Please forgot password option which is found under log in box page of the virgin media site.

We would like to remind you that if you are Snapfish customer co branded with virgin media, you need to log in Snapfish account from your virgin media site and not from snapfish site, incase if you are attempting to log in directly from Snapfish web site then it will not work,we kindly request to log in from virgin media site and not directly from Snapfish site.

Once again we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance to you,

Regards,
Padma.

Re: Snapfish!!!!

Hi DexNott and others reporting this issue,

I have just replicated this both from my corporate PC and from a testbed on the residential cable network.
I have raised this up to our IT team as a fault on fault reference P004831410. I will update this thread once resolved.

As advised by Snapfish you would not be able to login direct to the Snapfish site.

I can get to my snapfish site by logging into my MyVirginMedia, going to My Apps, hover the mouse over Backup and Storage and then click on "Go to Photos". From here you should be able to order prints from your saved albums or even upload new pictures direct to their site without going through the backup and storage setup first.
Kind Regards,

Steve Brett
