Some customers may currently be experiencing problems accessing our Backup and Storage service via the My Apps page of My Virgin Media.
Customers who are affected can either use the Backup & Storage client or login via http://vstuff.virginmedia.com (using your MyVM credentials) and it should work fine.
Our platform partners are working to put in place a fix for this issue which should be done by early next week.(We'll let you know as soon as we have confirmation)
No data has been lost or affected, this issue merely affects the ability to currently login via My Virgin Media.

Some customers may still be experiencing problems accessing the Backup App. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you are affected, you can either use the Backup & Storage software or sign in via vstuff.virginmedia.com (using your My Virgin Media username and password).
We are working hard to fix this issue which should be done by early next week and will let you know as soon as we have confirmation.
Don't worry, no data has been lost or damaged, this issue just affects the ability to sign in via My Virgin Media.
