Preferred email address for Snapfish is different from preferred email for My Virgin Media!

For some strange reason when I order stuff from Snapfish through V-Stuff, it sends a confirmation email to my hotmail account rather than to my blueyonder email account (which is my preferred email address on My Virgin Media)!  I have no idea how to change this, I contacted Snapfish who say I need to check this out with Virgin Media.   Trailed through Virgin's website pages, but cannot find how to do this.
