Online B&S Storage login issues

Hi For the last 2 months I have been getting this error when I try to log in to B&S through Virgin Media web site: We're sorry, we're having a few technical problems. We're working to fix them so please try again later. I contact the help desk. The assistant asked me to clear cookies and Internet cache. It did not help. She then asked me for my password. After remonstrating about this request, I reluctantly gave it to her. (Now changed). She was able to log in on her computer. She asked me to log in using a different browser. Changed from Chrome to IE8 and safari. Even tried from my iPad. Same error. She then informed me that VM are making changes and some users are affected. Please try logging in repeatedly (... At intervals ... I gathered). Still a week later and no luck. Anyone else have this problem???? Logining in from mainly windows xp and vista 32 bit versions. The backup client still works fine with the NEW passwords.

Hi paulfortmann,

 

I have now raised this issue to our I.T. department under reference P004613098.

 

The reference will be checked daily for a resolution but we advise up to 7 working days for a resolution.

I have just started using online storage and while it runs fine from the desktop app, when I try to access my file online I get the error "We're sorry, we're having a few technical problems. We're working to fix them so please try again later.". Cookies have been cleared and javascript is allowed and I'm already logged on to virginmedia.com. I've tried IE, Chrome and FireFox and problem occurs in all browsers.
