I have just started using online storage and while it runs fine from the desktop app, when I try to access my file online I get the error "We're sorry, we're having a few technical problems. We're working to fix them so please try again later.". Cookies have been cleared and javascript is allowed and I'm already logged on to virginmedia.com. I've tried IE, Chrome and FireFox and problem occurs in all browsers.
