**Postage & packing charges apply. The number of free prints you receive and storage limits are dependent on your broadband tier. Free prints available for 12 months following activation of V Stuff. Free prints must be used within the month, and cant be carried over

Re: Free snapfish photo's

In the November 2011 issue of 'electric! magazine', on page 65 under 'Your Added Extras' it states '....ALL customers using Backup and Storage can also claim up to 100 free digital photo prints EACH and EVERY MONTH"! I have just uploaded 100s of pictures and I cannot get any free prints! Why?

This is the November 2011 electric! magazine http://electric.virginmedia.com/issue38.html

Where does it say that?

Re: Free snapfish photo's

The link is (of course) to the online version.

In the printed November / December 2011 edition of 'electric!', it clearly states on p:65 that one of the benefits of being a Virgin Media customer is having 100 free digital photo prints (quote) "....each and every month".

From links now supplied to other forums, this is quite blatantly incorrect.

Perhaps Virgin Media should provide a full explanation in a future edition.

As you are an employee of Virgin, could I please ask you to point out their error.

Thanks

Did you click the link above in my post at all as it is only for 12 months from the day you sign up for Backup and Storage and once the 12 months is up thats it.

It does state it HERE

* The number of free prints you receive and storage limits are dependant on your broadband tier. Free prints available for 12 months following activation of Backup & Storage. Free prints must be used within the month, and can't be carried over. V Stuff Terms and Conditions apply

Re: Free snapfish photo's

Your 'technical' response does not overcome the fact that in bold type the 'electric!' magazine quite plainly and cleary informs all Virgin Media customers that they are entitled to free digital prints each and every month. Absolutely no mention on p:65 (go and check - it's the November / December 2011 edition with Jennifer Aniston on the front cover) of this benefit only applying for only 12 months.

The service is provided by Snapfish not Virgin Media and no doubt it mentions the timescale in the small print, once your 12 months is up Snapfish will no longer provide you with free prints.
