Did you click the link above in my post at all as it is only for 12 months from the day you sign up for Backup and Storage and once the 12 months is up thats it.
It does state it HERE
* The number of free prints you receive and storage limits are dependant on your broadband tier. Free prints available for 12 months following activation of Backup & Storage. Free prints must be used within the month, and can't be carried over. V Stuff Terms and Conditions apply

The service is provided by Snapfish not Virgin Media and no doubt it mentions the timescale in the small print, once your 12 months is up Snapfish will no longer provide you with free prints.
