OS is Win XP Pro, NET framework ver 3.5 SP1 , ver 4 client. I didn,t troubleshoot each version as this would have taken hours.

Will you please explain in detail on how to fix this problem. You say its a NET FW problem so are you saying to reinstall that instead? Please be more specific as i am having the same problem as you.

Can anyone help with this problem, I have re-installed "dot.net framework" and updated.
