Cant get any free Photo prints

 i just first register for V Stuff (Backup & Storage) and i cant get any free photo prints.

When you say you can't get the prints, can you explain in more detail what happens?

 

  - Is the system crashing when you try to obtain them?

 

  - Does it say you have 0 prints available?

 

  - Or is there some other kind of fault?
