Hi, just wondering if anyone could shed any light for me, when a file is waiting to be backed up it's got a grey circle thing, when it's backed up its got a green circle thing. A few of my files have a gold padlock, anyone know what this means?
Thanks,
Dave.

Dave,
I'm guessing you have Windows 7 (as I do) so I'm not sure this is the case on an earlier versions, but the "gold lock icon" on folders in Windows 7 means there is a file within the folder that is locked so you do not have permission to access it (or some file within it).
The gold lock icon is also found on Windows 7 Junctions, e.g. C:\Documents and Settings, which redirects apps to C:\users.
It's not something to do with Backup & Storage.

Thanks, I do have win7. I had burnt the files to a disk and they were still showing as waiting to be written to disk.
All sorted now.
Thanks,
Dave.
