If you’ve got Virgin Broadband, you can log into My Virgin Media and manage your bills and payments
any time, anywhere.
Just log in at virginmedia.com/myvirginmedia and click Billing Overview. From here, you can do all this and more:
- See your recent phone, TV On Demand and interactive TV use, including any partial month charges and credit or debit changes.
- See how much your last bill was, including payments you’ve made since your last bill, whether they’re by Direct Debit, phone or online.
- If you’ve got our Talk Anywhere package, you can find out how many minutes you’ve used and how many you’ve got left.
- View all your phone usage and what you’ll be charged before you’ve been billed.
- If you pay by Direct Debit, you can check your Direct Debit details and change them without having to pick up the phone. If you don’t pay by Direct Debit yet, you can set one up here.
- If you’ve got our fibre optic services, you can check your credit limit and, if you’ve reached your limit and/or your account’s been suspended, you can settle your bill by using QuickPay.
And that’s not all! We’ve just given QuickPay a makeover, so you can now make part payments towards your bill whenever you like. Find it at www.virginmedia.com/payments.
